U-Line's unique, triple temperature zones ensure the proper storage temperature for the right wine: red wines are stored in the upper section of the cabinet (approximately 60°F or 15°C); white wines are stored in the middle section (approximately 50-55°F or 10-12°C); and sparkling wines are stored in the bottom cabinet section (about 45°F or 7°C).


Three models of Wine Captains will accommodate 32 or 60 bottles (.75 liter size). Specially designed wine racks allow for proper horizontal storage of the wine. The cork remains moist, which keeps air from entering the bottle. This prevents the possibility of altering the wines' delicate balance and taste.


A handsome, sturdy tinted glass door, combined with an adjustable on/off interior light, permits you to attractively display your wine collection for those special occasions. The tinted, thermal glass door also protects your wine against potentially harmful light rays.
