proper tasting temperature. This makes it possible to sell wine

Leading us into discussions that necessarily end in wine tasting, LE
SOMMELIER invites us to discover different quality wines as a
before-dinner drink or with various dishes. Easy to use,
it prevents waste. Preserved under nitrogen for 3 weeks, wines will
have plenty of time to be served and drunk. Flexible and versatile,
it optimizes cellar management. A few bottles left of a vintage
wine will make a wonderful selection to be served by the glass for the
great pleasure of your clients. Because it causes an increase in
your sales, it pays for itself very quickly.
Sommelier
wine dispensers can be configured for 1 or 2 temperature zones.
The unit comes with an Adjustable Divider to change the temperature zone
in each compartment.
Example: The Sommelier 6 can be used to dispense:
6 Bottles Red or 6 Bottles White or 3 Red
& 3 White or 4 Red & 2 White, and so on.
