Nitrogen PreservationNitrogen Preservation
The process for preservation of win(21 days on the average) consists of replacing the oxygen contained in a bottle with nitrogen, a pure, neutral, odorless and tasteless food-grade gas.  Wine does not become oxidized, it keeps its freshness and original odor and taste qualities.
Nitrogen shutoff valve on each tap.
Food-grade polypropylene tap
Stainless steel plunger with adjustable height
Micro pressure reducer preset at 90 mlbar
Temperature Setting
Two separate temperatures available for white wines and red wines.
Removable partition to adjust the number of drawing heads for white wines and red wines
Sanitation & Cleaning
All components used to draw the wine are food-grade.  The tube non-porosity prevents the wine from adhering to the walls and no deposit occurs over time.  Taps can be fully disassembled for flushing.  All wine drawing components can be washed with lukewarm water.
