Le ~SOMMELIER~ comes with an Adjustable Divider to change the temperature zone in each compartment.
Example: The Sommelier 6 can be used to dispense: 6 Bottles Red or 6 Bottles White
or 3 Red and 3 White or 4 Red and 2 White, and so on.

Important: Top venting adds 11mm (4 Inches) in Height.
PS: For restaurants, we recommend a dedicated circuit. 110 or 220 Volts - 20 Amps
